This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that is processed by Emirhan's Game Land in the course of our business, including on our website, mobile applications, forums, blogs, and other online or offline offerings (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is intended to meet requirements globally, including those in North America, Europe, Turkey, APAC, and other jurisdictions.
We collect information to provide and improve our games and Services, to administer your use, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services. We endeavor to collect only information relevant for the purposes of processing.
When Playing Our Games If you play our games on third-party platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon) or connect via Social Networking Sites (SNS) like Facebook, we may receive certain information from those providers. This may include your name, SNS user ID, profile picture, location, email used for registration, age range, locale, language, time zone, and friends connected to the same Services.
On mobile platforms, we may also collect: unique device ID, operating system version, device model, CPU/RAM specs, hardware type, IDFA, Advertising ID, Game Center ID, and approximate location via IP address. We do not collect, store, or use payment information such as credit card numbers. Third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) handle payments and do not share financial data with us.
When you register an account, respond to surveys, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, player name, password, and profile photo. If you post in forums, fan pages, or community areas, we collect the content you submit — please be aware that public posts are not covered by privacy protections.
We and our service providers may automatically collect information via cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels. This includes: IP address, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, device type and OS, browser type, pages visited before/after our Services, time spent on pages, and in-game actions.
You agree that Emirhan's Game Land may use the content of communications you submit through the Services — including ideas, inventions, concepts, or techniques — for purposes including developing and improving our games. We will not publicly attribute your submissions without your consent, prior notice, or legal requirement.
Our games feature advertising including video advertisements (rewarded video, interstitial video, and banner ads). Advertising partners may collect performance data, aggregated/de-identified information, and technical data such as device identifiers and IP addresses to deliver interest-based or targeted advertisements.
When you view video advertisements within our apps, our advertising partners may collect and process data about your video viewing activity, including ad impressions, video completion rates, interactions with video ads, and related device identifiers. This data may be shared with our advertising partners and their downstream service providers for the purpose of ad targeting, measurement, and fraud prevention. Our Services may include social media features (e.g., Facebook or Twitter buttons). These may collect your IP address and set cookies. We have implemented a "2-click solution" so that data is only shared with social media providers when you actively activate the sharing button. You can withdraw permanent consent at any time.
We use collected information to: operate and improve our games; create game accounts; personalize the experience; send in-game updates and notifications; provide customer support; prevent illegal activities; measure interest in our Services; and verify identity. We store data on servers in the United States (via Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform) and potentially other countries.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, adjusting your device or SNS notification settings, or emailing us at emirhansgameland@gmail.com.
Other Players: Social features are core to our games. Other players may see your profile data, in-game activities, scores, and messages you've posted in public areas.
Service Providers: We may share information with service providers for IT services, payment processing, customer support, and delivery of the Services. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data beyond what's necessary.
Business Partners: We may share information with affiliates and partners for internal business purposes or to deliver requested Services. All partners agree in writing to maintain confidentiality and security.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law enforcement, national security, court orders, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Advertising Partners: Third-party advertising partners may use tracking tools to collect performance, technical, and contextual data to deliver targeted ads. This is commonly referred to as "interest-based advertising."
Our games integrate the following third-party SDKs and cloud services. Each of these services may independently collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies.
We use AppLovin's MAX SDK for ad mediation, including rewarded video, interstitial, and banner ad formats. AppLovin may collect device identifiers (IDFA/GAID), IP address, device information, and video ad interaction data to serve and measure ads.

We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise GPS location unless explicitly required for a specific game feature, in which case you will be separately informed and asked to consent.
Personal Information may be stored anywhere in the world, including Turkey, the United States, the European Union, and on cloud servers operated by Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services. We take reasonable steps to ensure information is treated securely and lawfully wherever it is processed.
If you are accessing our Services from the EU or other regions with specific data laws, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your information to Turkey and the United States. Disputes relating to this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of Turkey.
You have the right to opt out of certain uses of your Personal Information. You may withdraw consent at any time by opening an in-game support ticket or by emailing emirhansgameland@gmail.com. Note that even after opting out, we may continue to collect anonymized, non-personal information. Records related to payments or customer service may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
To opt out of push notifications, adjust your mobile device settings. To opt out of location collection, adjust your app permissions. You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your Personal Information, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing.
To exercise these rights, open an in-game support ticket or email emirhansgameland@gmail.com with your full name, user ID, associated email address, and a description of your request. Requests will be processed in line with applicable laws.
We will verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your Personal Information.
We retain Personal Information for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — including to resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable laws.
Your Personal Information is stored on secured servers protected by industry-standard protocols such as firewalls and data encryption. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
